Location
Located at 1760 N. Island Highway, Campbell River, the Lodge is just over 1 km from downtown Campbell River, on highway 19A. Situated on the city's namesake heritage Campbell River, it is a beautiful setting with a park immediately across the river. Also just 1.5 blocks from Highway 19. There is a new Home Depot store with a super size Walmart coming soon only two blocks away.

Seven lots total. This is 1.68 acres for the utilization of the Lodge, its services and it's parking with a C3 zoning. Six lots on the highway are 19,800 square feet. Lots 1 through 6 inclusive, DL 66, Sayward District, Plan 7076. The bigger lot on the Campbell River side is 53,460 square feet and is separated from the 6 frontage lots by a lane.
